TEAM 18 has shared insight into the task of hauling its supercars cargo across the country via a three-part video series entitled Full Throttle Trucking.
Shot by driver Casuarina “CJ” Smith herself and cut together by the team, it focuses on the trek earlier this season from Melbourne to Perth to Darwin and back to base.
Smith was called up for the voyage on just five days’ notice after illness ruled out the Kenworth T909 transporter’s regular pilot Scott Bernau.
The Perth Super40 and Darwin Triple Crown took place a fortnight apart, across June 6-8 and June 20-22 respectively.
